Is war ever necessary?

I don't think war is necessary. At a certain point it is necessary. War it is like where you can kill people and get away with it. A war shouldn't happen if everyone gets along. When other people are treating to kill people from out country it makes us want to start a war. War shouldn't happen if people just talk about it and work things out. It not necessary to just go around an kill people. In a war people are killing people that have nothing to do with the war, they start killing children over things that isn't necessary. So no its not necessary.
